Having problems with your Ford LTD ?

\015 I have just bought a 2002 AU series II LTD. In the instrument panel there is an orange dash light that looks like a ''wheel doing a burnout''. I was told it is to indicate when the car runs on gas , but turning the gas off at the after-market switch on the right of the steering wheel shuts down the engine and the dash light ( the wheel light ) stays on . This light stays on the whole time the car is driven , i find this odd . There is also a button next to the radio with the same ''wheel doing a burnout '' symbol . So i ask the experts here , what is it ? I was told the gas was fitted after the original owner purchased the car .The Seller wasnt the owner of the car and wasnt any help on this issue.\015\012Any assistance is greatly appreciated , cheers Tom\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 26-10-2020

Answers :

This is the tire pressure monitor light try checking the tire pressure if all are right you might have a bad sensor in one of the wheels and will need to take to dealer to have it replaced.
