Its the complementary light for the hood open the hood and look to see if the light bulb for the engine is burned out if it is replace it. The light is on a cable that rolls up into a box when your done with it. And is used for inspecting the engine at night.also could be the curtsy light for the mirror on the passenger side sun visor.
