Having problems with your Ford Windstar ?

The high beam works fine but low beam doesn't work at all on either headlamp

Try changing the bulbs. Quite often both low beam lamps will drop out of some brands of bulbs. also check that the rear of the lamp connectors are on firmly and have not shifted due to bad road bumps.

If you have a multimeter tuen the lights on to low beam, remove the lamp connecting plug and test for voltage and Amperage . If the plug is receiving power then it is the bulbs. If no power trace the circuit back to the fuse board under the dash and ensure all lamp fuses are intact.
