Answers :

PROBLEM COULD BE IN THE THROTTLE BODY SINCE IDLE SPEED CONTROL IS PART OF THE THROTTLE BODY.THE HONDA THROTTLE BODY UNIT IF YOU DISCONNECT IT CLEAN IT.THEN YOU HAVE TO USE HONDA DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM IDLE RELEARN PROCEDURE AND DO A TP POSITION CHECK IN ETCS TEST.ONLY THING YOU CAN CHECK IS LOOK FOR LOOSE OR DISCONNECTED VACUUM HOSES LOOK FOR LOOSE THROTTLE BODY BOLTS OR DAMAGE GASKET.
