\015 Rad failed, put trans fluid in cooling system and coolant in transmission. how do you completly drain the transmission? possible damage to trans by the coolant?\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 14-01-2019

Answers :

Yes, coolant in the transmission will kill it very quickly. You need to get the transmission flushed professionally. Usually a quick lube will have a way to do this for you. Getting the trans fluid out of the cooling system is not as important but will still be a mess.
