Check vacuum system for leaks using an hand tool gauge on vacuum lines.
Try doing the test with the gas cap off.

HI, these not ready statements will point to a no-current issue, due to a failed sensor harness(wire), or a failed PCM. If you are not getting any error codes, i would recommend replacing the main PCM wiring harness. You can confirm current flow by using the sensor harness connection clips. A voltmeter is a sufficient way of initiating the test. You should read at least 5 volts at each sensor.If th readings are at 5 volts at the harness, replace each affected sensor. if the readings are not 5 volts, simply replace the wiring harness.
