Answers :

Spray WD40 or other penetrating oil using a small spray hose inserted into the Key Opening/Ignition Cylinder and let it soak at least 5-10 minutes and retry the key. Oxidation/corrosion will cause the tumblers and cylinder to stick.
\015\012If this does not fix the problem let me know and I'll respond immediately back to you. We are not going to remove and replace anything right now, but can move-on to that as needed.
First; Do you have the right key? OK, then: make sure that the lock cylinder in the side of the steering wheel is all the way back to "off" if it is not; press the brake pedal then: push the shift lever into park If this is not the problem: rock the steering wheel gently while you attempt to turn the lock back and, forth. then:
\015\012look into the keyhole using a paperclip and, a flashlight to see if a foreign object is lodged in the lock if it is; The distance (that you can push in the key will be the size of the obstruction) remove it with the paperclip.
\015\012if all fails: check for a bent ignition rod to the ignition switch or, call a locksmith to replace the broken lock. hope this is helpful.
