You have to remove the caliper first, then you need to pull out the pin in the\015\012retaining bolt on the spindle , you need to use magnet to get the pin, at this point the retaining bolt is free and you can undo it.If you also need to remove the hub assembly and the bearings, undo the six retaining bolts holding the hub assembly to the rotor and remove the hub from the rotor.

The procedure is quite complicate, before starting the job I suggest getting the Haynes or Chilton manual for your car with the full illustrated procedure.
