\015\012I have a 2004 Alero ( similar procedure in your model as well ) and I just figured out today and replaced my \015\012throttle position sensor. I'm not sure what the black plastic "box" is \015\012called that is above the throttle assembly...but I had to remove that to\015\012 get to the throttle position sensor underneath. If you can locate the \015\012two wires that control the throttle assembly...then the throttle \015\012position sensor is on the other side of the throttle assembly. I had to \015\012remove the large tube that went from the air filter to the black plastic\015\012 "box" above the throttle assembly. Also disconnected anything else \015\012connected to that black plastic "box". Then pulled that "box" up and \015\012right there on the left side of the throttle assembly was the throttle \015\012assembly sensor. Here is a web page with a picture that helped me figure\015\012 out where it was :-

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.
