Try checking the injectors on the car. Also check that it continues to get spark after these two seconds. Is the security light still on, if so, then the dealer may need to reset it. Let me know what you find.

Hi,
Well first you need to see if it is getting fuel and fire!
On the injector rail, is a fitting that will look similar to a valve stem on your tires. You will need a liquid pressure guage to see if it has enough fuel pressure. Hook the gauge up and then turn you key switch just to the on position, and then back off. Your pressure reading should be near 90 lbs.
The next ting to do is get a timing light and a friend, connect the timing light to a plug wire and have your friend turn the engine over while you hold the trigger on the light, it should strobe. Check each wire this way.
If you don’t have fuel, or fire, or both, start by checking fuses.
Lastly some remote starters have a security system built in that turns the power off to the fuel pump, if you aren’t getting fuel this could be the problem.

Thanks!
