Having problems with your Pontiac Grand Prix ?

Especially in colder weather when the road is rougher and the suspension is stiffer it feels like you have no control over your rear end. The road I drive is like a washboard and it feels like my rear end is just floating all over the road. Like it is just bouncing around. The bushings are not bad, probably haven't ever been replaced but look ok yet. Both mechanics I've talked to tell me that it drives like any other grand prix they have driven. May be time for new rear struts & spring assemblies. It doesn't say what year or mileage but by the sounds of it, it certainly resembles worn shocks/struts at least. Sometimes it's just as cheap & safer to replace strut & spring assembly now days.
