Answers :

The car will set a knock sensor code when it has reached its limit when adjusting a pinging situation. Try running a better octane fuel. Check fuel pressure, it may be low. You may have carbon issue on the cylinders, do a carbon clean either with strong additive to the fuel or have a shop do it with a machine. If the car is idling rough your injectors may need cleaning or replacement if they dont clean up after the carbon clean.
