Having problems with your Toyota Camry ?

The front and rear rotors on my 2007 4cyl camry are causing the car to viabrate all the way to the steering column. a toyota in lonw beach cal. informed me that it was from riding the brake(not true). the car has 28283 miles. should I call toyota headquarters to plead my case. I have bought and driven toyotas cars and trucks (5) since 1980.

If they have enough complaints about that specific problem with your specific year vehicle, they probably will offer you some type of remedy. I say plead your case. Riding the brakes don't usually warp the rotors, it just wears your brakes down faster. And besides, you say you didn't ride the brakes. Call them and give it a try.
