Having problems with your Toyota Tundra ?

A/C and compressior doesnt work unless clutch wire ran straight to + terminal on truck battery. Replaced the a/c, radio panel a few months ago. Need help please???

Your AC coolant has leaked out due to a bad schrader (large bicycle type) valve located in your compressor. (these valves are usually not replaced when your system is repaired and, sometimes, for no good reason start to leak.
\015\012A pressure sensor will then: protect the compressor by disengaging the compressor clutch when the coolant pressure goes too low.
\015\012Have your system leak-checked, repaired and, recharged.
\015\012Also, "jumping the compressor is not a good idea as it can burn out the compressor protection diode. If you must run a clutch wire to troubleshoot do it for only a second.
